Your organization may ask you to electronically review, acknowledge or accept processes, policies, performance agreements, training items, standards or other organizational information.
MyEKC may record your acknowledgement, including your identity, the item or version acknowledged and the date and time of the action.
Questions regarding the employment, legal or organizational significance of an acknowledgement should be directed to your employer or organization.
MyEKC itself does not determine your employment status, compensation, performance rating, discipline or other employment consequences.
If your organization gives you access to EVA, you may use EVA to help create, organize, review, improve or work with authorized company information.
EVA uses artificial intelligence.
Its responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular circumstance. Review important information before relying on it.
If your organization provides access to EVA Coach, EVA Coach is an AI implementation and business-guidance tool.
It is designed to provide guidance regarding implementation, priorities, logical next actions and development of a more systems-driven business.
EVA Coach is not a human coach and does not replace appropriate human judgment or professional advice.
MyEKC, EVA and EVA Coach do not provide legal, employment-law, tax, accounting, financial, medical, safety or other licensed professional advice.
If an EVA or EVA Coach response appears to conflict with an approved company policy, instruction, managerial direction or professional requirement, contact an appropriate manager or Administrator before acting on it.
MyEKC may give you access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to your organization.
Your access to MyEKC does not change any confidentiality obligations you may already have.
Do not improperly download, copy, disclose, share or use company information outside authorized business purposes.

MyEKC processes limited personal and technical information reasonably necessary to operate the platform, authenticate Users, provide access, maintain security, operate EVA and EVA Coach, provide support and record authorized activity.
Your organization may separately collect or use employee or User information through MyEKC.

The current MyEKC Application Privacy Policy is available within MyEKC under Help > Legal.
Your organization may change, limit or terminate your access to MyEKC when your role or authorization changes.
MyEKC may also suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security concerns, illegal activity or material misuse of the Service.
Questions concerning company policies, processes, job expectations, performance agreements, employment requirements or your MyEKC access should generally be directed to your organization’s Administrator or appropriate manager.

Depending on permissions, authorized Administrators may be able to see the identity of the User, the item reviewed or accepted, the applicable version, the date and time of the activity and related authorized system activity.
Your organization is responsible for determining the legal, employment or operational significance of its own acknowledgement requirements.
EVA is MyEKC’s AI functionality designed to help Users create, organize, review, improve and work with company information and MyEKC content.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for a particular situation. Important output should be reviewed before being relied upon.
EVA Coach is an AI implementation and business-guidance tool.
EVA Coach is intended to help business owners, leaders, coaches and authorized Users evaluate implementation priorities, consider logical next actions, maintain momentum and support development of a more systems-driven business.
EVA Coach is not a human coach and does not replace human judgment, professional advice or leadership responsibility.
Neither EVA nor EVA Coach provides legal, employment-law, HR, accounting, tax, financial, medical, safety or other licensed professional advice.
Appropriate professional review should be obtained when company content or decisions involve legal, regulatory, safety, financial, employment or other significant consequences.
MyEKC, EVA and EVA Coach should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hiring, termination, compensation, disciplinary, promotion or similar consequential employment decisions.
Your organization remains responsible for all employment decisions.
This Application Privacy Policy explains how Employee Knowledge Center, LLC (“MyEKC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and shares personal information associated with the authenticated MyEKC software application.
This policy applies to information processed through the MyEKC application.

Information submitted to EVA or EVA Coach may be processed by artificial-intelligence technologies operated by MyEKC and/or third-party technology providers supporting the Service.
AI processing may include User prompts, Customer Content and other authorized contextual information reasonably necessary to generate the requested response.
Users should avoid entering information that is not reasonably necessary for the requested business purpose.
ATTORNEY AND TECHNOLOGY REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION: Insert the final approved statement regarding third-party AI provider retention of Customer Content and whether Customer Content may be used for general model training. This language should match MyEKC’s actual AI-provider agreements and technical architecture.
MyEKC does not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling information to unrelated parties for their own marketing purposes.

Authorized Administrators of your organization may be able to view User activity within MyEKC, including items assigned, reviewed, acknowledged or accepted and the dates and times associated with those actions.
Users should not assume that activity inside their organization’s MyEKC environment is private from authorized organizational Administrators.
MyEKC uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
No Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
MyEKC retains information as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, fulfill contractual obligations, maintain appropriate business and acceptance records, protect security and meet legal requirements.
Specific retention practices may depend upon the type of information, Customer subscription status, contractual commitments and applicable law.
MyEKC may use third-party service providers to support cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, payment processing, communications, customer support and artificial intelligence.
Such providers receive information as reasonably necessary to provide services to MyEKC, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
The MyEKC application may use cookies, session technologies, logs and similar technical mechanisms necessary to authenticate Users, maintain User sessions, remember appropriate preferences, maintain security and measure and improve application performance.
MyEKC is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
Users must be at least 18 years old unless MyEKC has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning certain personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion or information regarding processing.
Where information is controlled by the Customer organization, requests may need to be directed to that organization.
Privacy inquiries concerning MyEKC’s own processing may be sent to support@myekc.com.
MyEKC may update this Application Privacy Policy as the Service, legal requirements or privacy practices change.
If a material change affects Users’ rights or MyEKC’s handling of personal information, appropriate notice will be provided and Users may be asked to acknowledge or accept the revised policy.

This notice describes our privacy policy (“Notice”). By visiting our Web Site (“Web Site”), you are accepting the practices described in this Notice.

When you order products or services from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill you for the products or services you order at that time and for no other purpose. Annual subscriptions are payable on the purchase date of the Subscription and renew automatically each anniversary unless canceled in writing thirty days in advance of each anniversary date.
Any user questions or comments submitted to us may become available in the public sections of the Web Site, including a section entitled “Frequently Asked Questions,” immediately after such questions or comments are submitted to us. If we publicize any user questions, such questions will not contain facts that identify the user or the specific parties involved. We also reserve the right to use any user comments submitted to us for promotional purposes and by submitting such comments to us you agree that we may do so.
We may release any user information if required to comply with law; to enforce or to apply the Web Site Terms and Conditions; or under the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including, without limitation, to protect the rights, properties, or safety of us or our users.

We use sophisticated security technologies to secure users’ ordering information, user name, and password. We encrypt users’ ordering information, user name, and password (including users’ credit card account number) using Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. To support this technology, users must have an SSL-capable browser. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available. While we use such sophisticated security technology to secure users’ ordering information, user name, and password, we cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure.

It is important for you to be responsible and protect your user name, password, and computer against unauthorized users.
